Ilida C. Alvarez, Esq. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association with extensive negotiating experience.  Ms. Alvarez is fluent in English and Spanish and is able to travel throughout the US and Puerto Rico for mediations. Her law practice focused on representing public and private, domestic and cross-border companies in securities law compliance, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general contract matters.  Ms. Alvarez has been responsible for negotiating a variety of issues, including multi-party matters, with clients, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and other various governmental entities.  In 2006, she relocated to her native Miami.  Ms. Alvarez has decided to focus on her passion for negotiating by becoming a full-time mediator.

Tania Carreño-Mederos, Esq. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator. She is also a seasoned attorney, with over 20 years of health law experience. Throughout her career, she has represented and advised health care providers, including state and national hospital systems, individual physicians, physician groups, professional medical associations, health care facilities and ancillary service providers in a wide range of health law matters, including health care business formation, licensing, governance, transactions, and operations; federal and state regulatory compliance; managed care contacting; Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement; risk management; disciplinary actions; fraud and abuse analyses; qui tam actions; patient rights and privacy concerns; advanced directives; emergency access; and others. She has experience in handling litigation, arbitrations, meditations, and administrative appeals involving, for example, contract disputes with managed care payors, health care personnel disciplinary actions, Medicare over payment determinations and terminations, personal injury, probate and guardianship issues, employment issues, foreclosures, breach of contract, and public procurement matters.

Mr. Rudow Esq. Is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. He has extensive experience in the hearing process(National Labor Relations Board, Employment Discrimination, Workers’ Compensation and Disability Issues). Mr Rudow’s law practice focuses on administrative hearings, such as zoning and planning board matters, master development of commercial/residential centers and medical/health board ethic and regulatory hearings. He has over the last thirty years of experience as appointed arbitrator/mediator and neutral, as a panel Member and in his private law practice. After relocating from Pennsylvania, a decision was made to commit to the Alternative Dispute Resolution process.
